The
company undertakes to replace their products, should they become
defective solely as a result of faulty workmanship within the
warranty period of 15 years in the case of electro-mechanical
wiring product and two years warranty in the case of mains related
electronic wiring products including indicator modules &
surface coated products.
The
warranty will be void if the product has not been installed
or maintained in accordance with the wiring regulations or if
any attempt has been made to rectify, tampered, improper, dismantle,
alter or abnormal use of the product. |

The accessory has been properly installed
by a qualified and recognized electrician.
The warranty states the company’s entire liability. It
does not extend to cover consequential loss or damage or installation
costs arising from the defective product.
Due to our continuous research & development, product
specifications may change.
Must produce the invoice to avail service during the warranty.
Disputes, if any are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only. |
